格隆汇6月17日丨中国宏泰发展(06166.HK)公告，董事会欣然宣布，牟┳时居邢薰司(一间根据证券及期货条例可从事第1类(证券交易)及第6类(就机构融资提供意见)受规管活动的持牌法团)已获委任为中国宏泰独立财务顾问，以就建议、计划、存续安排、控股股东注销价及股东安排向中国宏泰独立董事委员会提供意见。
中国宏泰独立董事委员会已根据收购守则规则2.1批准有关委任。
