为实施及进行该公司及/或集团债务的潜在重组，该公司及清盘人一直积极物色潜在投资者，清盘人亦就集团的潜在重组与该公司债权人保持积极沟通。其中，有一名潜在投资者就集团的潜在重组向清盘人表达了强烈的兴趣，并正与清盘人就潜在重组进行深入讨论，以改善及审定集团重组的主要条款，双方预期在短时间内将就集团重组事宜订立条款书。
截至本公告日期，概无订立任何具有约束力的协议。
此外，公司股份继续停牌。
