中国金茂连发收购消息 首置物业、中国宏泰发展均在其列
6月17日，中国金茂下属金茂物业服务发展股份有限公司发布公告称，其全资子公司以人民币4.5亿元投得首创置业全资子公司首置物业服务有限公司(下称：首置物业)100%的股权。此前一周，中国金茂公告拟以协议安排方式私有化收购中国宏泰发展(以下简称宏泰)。
据悉，宏泰以产业构建、园区运营和基础设施投资为核心业务，目前拥有5个开发中的产城项目，核心资产布局京津冀区域。首置物业为综合性物业管理服务提供商，业务覆盖19个省份22个城市，截至2021年底，合约及锁定项目53个，合约及锁定面积711万m2。
通过上述动作，中国金茂将获取多个城市运营项目，并进一步扩展其物业服务板块规模及在管物业组合。优质资产包的纳入，将进一步提升中国金茂在城市运营领域的业务规模及综合能力。
