智通财经APP讯，龙翔集团(00935)及要约人宏川智慧物流(香港)有限公司联合公布，于2022年7月11日，要约人根据开曼群岛公司法第88条(2022年修订本)，向余下要约股东寄发强制性收购通知。
为促使寄发强制性收购支票，根据公司组织章程细则第44条并在其允许下，公司将自2022年 8月11日起(包括该日)暂停办理股份过户登记。
公司将根据上市规则第6.15(1)条向联交所申请撤销股份于联交所的上市地位。假设强制性收购于2022年8月22日完成，预期股份将自2022年8月23日上午九时正起撤销其于联交所的上市地位。
