智通财经APP讯，中创环球(01678)公布，联交所对公司前执行董事及前主席陈芳林、公司前执行董事申建忠、公司前执行董事郑鹤斌、前执行董事许细霞、前独立非执行董事黄松青、前独立非执行董事戴建平发出董事不适合性声明。除上述向相关董事所作的声明外，联交所亦公开谴责他们各人。董事不适合性声明是指联交所认为，各相关董事不适合担任该公司或其任何附属公司的董事或高级管理职务。
公告称，上市委员会裁定相关董事未有在调查中与上巿科合作而违反了其《承诺》，因而构成违反《上市规则》。即使各人已辞任该公司董事，他们仍有责任提供联交所合理要求的资料;相关董事违反《承诺》的情况严重。 上市委员会决定施加本纪律行动声明所载的制裁。
