智通财经APP讯，新维国际控股(08086)发布公告，为协助该公司履行相关复牌指引，诚如公司日期为2022年6月23日的公告所披露，该公司已于2022年6月15日委聘国卫风险谘询服务有限公司(国卫)为独立内部监控顾问，以对集团于2021年7月1日至2022年6月30日期间有关财务报告週期的内部监控系统、政策及程序进行全面检讨，并提出建议以改善集团的内部监控。其后，直至2022年7月8日，国卫对集团进行内部监控跟进审阅，以确定建议的实施情况。
于本公告日期，集团已：全面采纳及实施建议;及纠正集团内部监控系统的相关缺陷。
根据上述内部监控审阅及跟进审阅的结果，国卫认为，上述集团内部监控系统的相关缺陷已予以弥补，且公司已制定足够及可靠的企业管治、内部监控及财务报告程序以履行GEM上市规则项下的责任。
此外，公司股份继续停牌。
