7月28日,银保监会消费者权益保护局发布《关于2022年第一季度银行业消费投诉情况的通报》(下称《通报》)。今年一季度,银保监会及其派出机构共接收并转送银行业消费投诉75936件,其中,股份制商业银行29393件,占投诉总量的38.7%。《通报》显示,股份制商业银行投诉量的中位数为2635件。兴业银行、浦发银行、招商银行的投诉量位列股份制商业银行前三位。其中,兴业银行4806件,占股份制商业银行...
