智通财经APP讯，中国宏泰发展(06166)发布公告，该公司与廊坊银行股份有限公司北环路支行(廊坊银行)订立日期为2022年8月5日的母公司担保，公司同意向廊坊银行提供一项担保，担保廊坊市宏泰产业市镇投资有限公司(公司的间接全资附属公司)有关其(作为借款人)与廊坊银行(作为贷款人)所订立的融资协议的全部责任。根据融资协议，廊坊银行同意授予附属公司一笔总额为人民币3亿元的贷款，用于附属公司各项目的道路翻修、管网维护、排水系统扩建及景观改造。母公司担保的期限自母公司担保日期起至融资协议项下贷款期限届满次日起计三年止。
