港交所官网8月7日显示，乐华娱乐通过港交所上市聆讯。据新浪财经报道，杜华表示，此次上市募集资金将主要用于艺人管理，也会有部分投入在包括虚拟艺人在内的泛娱乐业务板块。
乐华娱乐自2009年创立，13年时间成长为国内头部的专业经纪公司，旗下有王一博、李汶翰、吴宣仪、程潇、NEXT、 A-SOUL 等66名签约艺人和71名训练生，其中55名艺人都是由乐华训练生计划培养出道的。艺人管理业务收入目前为公司营收贡献占比接近90%。
根据弗若斯特沙利文，以2021年艺人管理收入计算，公司于中国艺人管理公司之中排名第一，市场份额为1.9%。自公司于2009年成立以来，公司已经将公司打造成为包括艺人管理、音乐IP制作及运营及泛娱乐业务三大互补业务在内的文化娱乐平台。消费者对高质量娱乐的需求不断扩大，人们越来越关注成名艺人，而娱乐业多年以来围绕成名艺人不断发展。现在成名艺人不再局限于自身原本擅长的一个独特领域。彼等出演多项娱乐内容，包括音乐、综艺节目、剧集及电影等。
2019年、2020年、2021年及截至4月30日止2022年前四个月，乐华娱乐集团收入分别约为6.31亿人民币、9.22亿人民币、12.9亿人民币、3.53亿人民币；同期，公司利润分别约为1.19亿人民币、2.92亿人民币、3.35亿人民币及8052万人民币。
