* UNDER CAPITAL REORGANISATION PAR VALUE OF EACH SHARE SHALL BE REDUCED FROM HK$0.01 TO HK$0.0004
* LIQUIDATORS AND ISPRING INTERNATIONAL ENTERED RESTRUCTURING AGREEMENT
* ON COMPLETION OF CAPITAL REORGANISATION, ORDINARY SHARE CAPITAL OF CO SHALL BE HK$40 MILLION DIVIDED INTO 4 BILLION NEW SHARES
* EVERY 25 REDUCED SHARES WITH PAR VALUE HK$0.0004 EACH SHALL BE CONSOLIDATED INTO ONE SHARE WITH PAR VALUE HK$0.01 EACH
