智通财经APP讯，天润云(02167)发布公告，预期集团于截至2022年6月30日止六个月将取得公司普通股权益持有人应占净亏损约人民币350万元至人民币380万元，而截至2021年同期则取得公司普通股权益持有人应占净利润约人民币1620万元。
公告称，公司普通股权益持有人应占净亏损乃主要由于集团于2022年6月在香港联合交易所有限公司主板上市所产生的大额上市开支;报告期间的研发费用较上年同期增加超过50%，乃主要由于研发人员增加导致雇员福利开支增加所致;及报告期间的销售及分销费用较相应期间增加超过20%，乃主要由于销售及营销人员增加导致雇员福利开支增加，以及线上线下广告活动增加导致推广及广告开支增加所致。
集团预期于报告期间取得经调整净利润约人民币560万元至约人民币600万元，而相应期间的经调整净利润则为约人民币2560万元。董事会认为，集团保持稳健的营运及财务状况。
