智通财经APP讯，新维国际控股(08086)发布公告，于2022年7月7日，公司刊发2022年中期报告及2022年第三季度报告。
诚如公司2022年7月15日的公告所披露，公司已于2022年6月15日委聘国卫担任其独立内部监控顾问，以对集团于2021年7月1日至2022年6月30日期间有关财务报告周期的内部监控系统、政策及程序进行全面检讨，并提出建议以改善集团的内部监控。
公告称，国卫于2022年6月进行内部监控审阅，以识别集团相关财务程序、系统及监控的重大弱点，并于2022年7月进行跟进审阅，以确定建议的实施情况。
经考虑内部监控审阅报告、跟进审阅报告及集团采取的补救行动，公司审核委员会及董事会认为，公司根据建议实施的加强内部监控措施属充分及足以解决内部监控审阅报告的主要发现，且公司已制定充足内部监控及程序以履行GEM上市规则项下的责任。
据悉，公司正采取适当步骤，以满足复牌指引的其他条件，并将于适当时候另行刊发公告，以就有关进度向公司股东及潜在投资者提供最新消息。
此外，公司股份继续停牌。
