SolarEdge的太阳能优化器和逆变器可能面临美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）的进口禁令。ITC于本周一表示，美国大型光伏阵列功率优化器供应商Ampt要求ITC禁止进口SolarEdge电源系统和组件，这些产品涉嫌侵犯其两项专利。美国ITC表示，计划在启动调查后的45天内完成调查。
Ampt还在寻求禁止这些产品在美的销售活动，其首席执行官Levent Gun在一份声明中表示：“我们感谢委员会决定调查SolarEdge非法使用我们的专利技术”。
SolarEdge表示，两家公司一直在美国专利和商标局（USPTO）进行涉及专利的诉讼，该局授予了SolarEdge发明优先权。“看来，在美国专利商标局败诉后，Ampt现在正向其他法院申请索赔。SolarEdge将对这些新案件进行有力的辩护。”
