格隆汇9月7日丨桑德国际(00967.HK)公告，于2022年8月26日，公司接获联交所发出的信函，指出联交所上市委员会裁定公司未能在2022年7月31日的经延长复牌限期前达成复牌条件并决定根据上市规则第6.01A条取消公司股份上市地位。
信函指出，除非公司根据其在上市规则第二B章所享有的权利申请覆核除牌决定，否则股份的最后上市日期将为2022年9月9日，股份的上市地位将于2022年9月13日上午九时正起取消。鉴于倘公司申请覆核除牌决定，公司及其股东将长期持续面对的不确定状况，以及公司为使股东于取消上市地位后仍能就其股份重启资金流动性而可能作出的其他安排，公司不拟根据其在上市规则第二B章所享有的权利申请覆核除牌决定。
公司所有股东及投资者务请注意，于最后上市日期后，虽然股份的股票将仍然有效，但股份将不再于联交所上市，亦不再于联交所买卖。其后将不会有公开市场买卖股份，且公司将不再受上市规则规管。
