格隆汇9月13日丨浩泽净水(02014.HK)公告，债权人计划已于2022年8月22日举行的债权人计划会议上获得法定所需的多数计划债权人批准，并且根据日期为2022年9月7日的颁令，香港法院已批准债权人计划(并无修订)。
根据日期为2022年9月7日的颁令，香港法院已批准永久搁置清盘令，其条件为：(a)联交所刊发有关公司股份的复牌公告；及(b)清盘人已向破产管理署署长提交表格D1或表格D2。截至本公告日期，上述条件尚待达成。
