智通财经APP讯，浩泽净水(02014)公布，作为重组协议项下业务重组一部分，公司已分别于中国香港及中国内地成立两间全资营运附属公司，其为Ozner ispring (Hong Kong) Limited及上海浩泽伊泉环保科技发展有限公司。
Ozner ispring为公司的直接全资附属公司，而上海浩泽伊泉为Ozner ispring的直接全资附属公司，因此为公司的间接全资附属公司。业务重组旨在让集团透过经营公司(为不受集团于中国的现有财务困境影响的新实体)继续经营集团的现有净水业务。
根据投资者于截至本公告日期向清盘人提供的资料，经营公司自其注册成立以来已重新雇用或将集团雇员转聘，与集团现有经销商订立新服务( 及╱或租赁 )协议，并产生收入。
于本公告日期，审核工作仍在进行，目前预期截至2020年及2021年12月31日止年度的经审核财务业绩以及截至2021年6月30日及2022年6月30日止六个月的未经审核财务业绩将于2022年9月刊发。
于本公告日期，业务重组已实施，而债务重组以债权人计划(Creditor Scheme,)的方式进行。
公司股票继续停牌。
