美股博彩股盘前大涨，新濠博亚娱乐(MLCO)涨11%，金沙集团(LVS)涨7.36%，永利度假村(WYNH)涨7%。9月24日11时许，澳门特区行政长官贺一诚在政府总部召开新闻发布会，公布中央支持澳门疫后经济复苏、加快基础设施建设，以及推动经济适度多元发展等一系列惠澳措施，包括支持恢复电子签注形式办理赴澳签注，并落实逐步恢复内地旅行团来澳政策，将首先开放广东，随后延伸至浙江、江苏、福建及上海这4省1市的赴澳旅行团。另据《澳门日报》报道，澳门特区旅游局长文绮华表示，内地赴澳旅行团及电子签注料下月底落实，并称“粗放团”不应是未来的产品方向，应走向“精品化”。文绮华还表示接下来的大型活动除到内地宣传，也会向外如香港推广。
