智通财经APP讯，弘业股份(600128.SH)发布公告，公司控股子公司江苏弘业永润国际贸易有限公司(“弘业永润”)的全资子公司法国RIVE公司(“RIVE公司”)近年连续经营亏损，资金严重短缺，现处于应付员工社保、工资等偿付不能状态，根据法国法律规定(商法L631-4条)，RIVE公司负责人应当依法提起破产申请。公司获悉，RIVE公司负责人已依法向法国当地法院申请进入破产程序。
如法国当地法院裁定批准RIVE公司破产，其将不再纳入弘业股份合并报表范围，结合RIVE公司名下土地房产的评估情况、资产受让意向方的报价情况以及弘业永润对RIVE公司债权的预评估价值等，预计RIVE公司出表对公司当期合并报表归母净利润的影响约为-750万元。
