智通财经APP讯，波司登(03998)发布公告，有关控股股东出售部分股份的相关事宜，诚如此前公告所提及，盈新国际投资有限公司(盈新)正在进行赎回和注销ITC SPC在盈新中所持有的优先股的相关工作。现盈新进一步知会该公司，关于优先股股东交回优先股的款项已全数支付。高德康先生、进富、盈新及ITC SPC于2022年10月11日签订终止协议，据此明确相关的一致行动人士协议及其项下根据《证券及期货条例》(香港法例第571条)第317条而被视为的一致行动人士的安排终止。
