格隆汇10月11日丨浩泽净水(02014.HK)公告，2022年6月30日止6个月中期业绩，公司实现收入2.72亿元，同比增加153.23%；公司拥有人应占期内亏损1.6亿元，同比收窄23.77%；公司普通权益持有人应占每股亏损基本7.63人民币分。
集团正在进行拟议重组。作为拟议重组下业务重组一部分，集团透过经营公司继续其净水业务。于公告日期，经营公司已重新聘用或转聘集团雇员，与集团现有分销商订立新服务协议，并产生收益。
于拟议重组完成后，所有针对公司申索将因实施已获香港法院批准债权人计划而悉数解除。董事有信心于拟议重组完成后，保留集团的业务及财务状况将得到改善，且保留集团将有足够的营运水平维持其上市地位。
