智通财经APP讯，兴泸水务(02281)发布公告，于2022年10月26日，经公开招标程序完成后，理塘县住房和城乡建设局、贵州中柏伦建筑工程有限公司与公司就中国四川省甘孜藏族自治州理塘县的PPP项目订立PPP项目协议。
PPP项目将以政府与社会资本合作模式进行，有关模式为一种获国家政策支持的新兴合作模式，以供政府与社会资本单位在相关中国地方政府领导下进行合作。PPP模式一般涉及将社会资本用于公共领域工程，社会资本的参与程度及性质乃按相关地方政府的要求而定，并无固定合作模式。
理塘县为长江上游地区生态屏障的重要部分，对生态保护责任重大，但理塘县并无污水处理厂，故本PPP项目对理塘县居民的饮水安全及生态环境安全非常重要。由于PPP项目将涵盖四川省甘孜藏族自治州理塘县，订立PPP项目协议将协助集团扩展其业务市场至泸州市以外的地区。此外，订立PPP项目协议为公司提升声誉及发展客户基础，以及于日后取得区内更多PPP项目的良机，亦符合公司扩大集团业务规模的业务策略，以实现公司收益持续稳定增长。
