智通财经APP讯，中盈集团控股(00766)发布公告，于2022年11月1日(交易时段后)，公司全资附属公司中盈矿产及Sino Mineral Trading(Mauritius)订立合作备忘录，据此中盈矿产可能向Sino Mineral Trading(Mauritius)购买指定品位的含黄金金属矿石。
基于Mauritius的关联公司在非洲津巴布韦共和国已取得面积约0.1平方公里的金矿采矿证及环评证书，Mauritius将负责购买其关联公司在当地开采的成品等。Mauritius于购买矿石后，将矿石加工至双方约定指定品位的含黄金金属矿石及运往中国，经中国海关商检机构出单证明矿石的品位及数量后才成交。中盈矿产亦考虑入股Mauritius的关联公司，但该关联公司必须出具符合JORC或NI43-101标准的黄金储量技术报告作为中盈矿产考虑入股该关联公司的依据。
公司一直积极寻找机会。可能交易事项若落实或可改善集团的主营业务。根据华经产业研究院(一间位于中国的市场研究报告和竞争情报提供商)数据显示：2022年1-2月中国金属矿及矿砂进口数量为2.18亿吨，相比2021年同期增长了268万吨，同比增长1.4%。
董事认为，订立合作备忘录可能促使公司参与及进入中国正在增长的金属矿市场，与现有业务产生协同效应，因此符合公司及其股东的整体利益。
