智通财经APP获悉，加拿大矿商Turquoise Hill(TRQ.US)表示，应矿业巨头力拓(RIO.US)的要求，公司已再次将特别股东大会推迟了一周。据了解，就力拓以33亿美元收购Turquoise Hill约49%股份的方案进行投票的会议原定于11月1日举行，后来被推迟到11月8日，现在又被推迟到11月15日。
Turquoise Hill表示，力拓在加拿大监管机构的要求下推迟了会议，并正在与该公司的独立董事特别委员会和监管机构就该交易进行谈判。力拓已将报价提高至每股43加元。
据媒体上周报道，加拿大监管机构可能会叫停力拓收购Turquoise Hill的交易。监管机构可能至少会推迟这笔交易，直到能够审查它。安大略证券委员会表示，根据加拿大法律，力拓与一些持不同意见的Turquoise Hill股东达成的交易是非法的。
