太古地产 旗下金钟星街住宅项目“EIGHT STAR STREET”已届现楼，最新推出一个实用面积913平方尺的三房一套单位招标出售，指引价4,880万元，尺价5.35万元。项目同时更新价单，为四个一房或两房、实用面积介乎431至555平方尺的单位提供限时3%折扣，并即日起开放两个连装修现楼示范单位。太古地产住宅业务董事杜伟业在记者会上表示，项目共37伙，至今已售出近八成，套现近6.28亿元，平均尺价约3.89万元，余下未售单位多为特色户。他认为，以目前香港经济环境及环球市况而言，楼市出现波动属正常，但香港住屋需求庞大，相信长远楼市会健康及平稳发展，对政府房策亦非常有信心。杜伟业提到，集团正筹备三个住宅项目，包括黄竹坑站第四期，目前正进行上盖工程，预期于明年上半年发售，共涉约800伙，涵盖一房至三房户型等。至于柴湾前巴士厂项目面积达70万平方尺，亦可提供约800伙，已完成补地价，现正进行地基工程，料主打两至三房单位。而今年中投得的湾仔皇后大道东地皮现处设计阶段，初步估计可供应约160伙，料2025年或2026年落成。(ek/a)~阿思达克财经新闻网址: www.aastocks.com
