* LIQUIDIA CORP - AMENDMENT EXTENDS INITIAL TERM OF THE PROMOTION AGREEMENT TO DEC 31, 2032, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN RENEWAL PERIODS

* LIQUIDIA CORP - BY THE AMENDMENT, IF AGGREGATE NET PROFITS DO NOT REACH $500M PRIOR TO DEC 31, 2028, LIQUIDIA PAH WILL RECEIVE 50% OF ALL NET PROFITS
