智通财经APP讯，四方达(300179.SZ)公告，公司控股子公司河南天璇半导体科技有限责任公司(简称“天璇半导体”)与方睿拟分别以现金方式出资300万元和700万元，发起设立河南璨然珠宝有限公司(简称“璨然珠宝”),其中天璇半导体对璨然珠宝持股比例为30%,方睿女士对璨然珠宝持股比例为70%。
公告称，本次合资设立公司，有利于公司拓展经营范围，丰富CVD金刚石下游领域的产品和市场布局。
