经过30年的发展，集团已经建立了声誉及技术能力，并扩大了规模，公司得以进军门槛较高的市场，并自公共服务运营商、政府机构及房地产开发商获得较大规模的项目。于过往数年，由于香港政府实施长期房屋政策及基建发展，建造业市场相对平稳。
