智通财经APP讯，浩泽净水(02014)公布，公司接获联交所发出日期为2022年11月18日的函件，通知该公司联交所上市委员会已于2022年11月17日对公司的复牌及上市状况进行审议，且上市委员会决定根据上市规则第6.01A条取消公司的上市地位。由于公司决定不继续寻求复审该决定，股份的最后上市日期将为2022年12月2日，而股份的上市地位将自2022年12月5日上午九时正起取消。
由于取消上市地位，认购事项、股本重组及申请清洗豁免将不会进行。然而，业务重组及债务重组(以债权人计划的方式)将在复牌不会进行的情况下继续进行。其中，经营公司，即浩泽伊泉(香港)有限公司(即特殊目的实体1)、浩泽伊泉国际(香港)有限公司(即特殊目的实体1A)、上海浩泽伊泉环保科技发展有限公司(即特殊目的实体2)及上海浩悠净水科技发展有限公司(即特殊目的实体3)连同其不时的附属公司及联属公司，在重组协议及债权人计划的条款得到该公司债权人正式批准及香港法院批准的前提下，将继续获授权使用及应用将由计划公司拥有的无形资产以开展净水业务。
香港法院于2022年9月7日授出的颁令规定，永久搁置公司清盘的所有进一步程序，以及免除及解除清盘人职务，须待联交所刊发复牌公告后方可生效。由于取消上市地位及公司决定不继续寻求复审该决定，根据法院命令不会搁置公司的清盘程序，亦不会免除及解除清盘人职务。
