中新经纬11月30日电 国家企业信用信息公示系统显示，近日，世纪佳缘关联公司北京花千树信息科技有限公司深圳分公司因不正当竞争行为，被深圳市市场监督管理局罚款21万元。

具体处罚依据包括：对商品作虚假或者引人误解的商业宣传；提供虚假信息或者采取欺骗、恶意串通等手段损害消费者权益。
公开信息显示，世纪佳缘关联公司花千树信息科技有限公司成立于2004年4月。2011年5月11日，世纪佳缘在美国挂牌上市，抢占“中国婚恋第一股”。2015年3月，创始人龚海燕几乎已经清空持股，也不再担任世纪佳缘任何管理职务。2015年12月，百合网全资子公司收购世纪佳缘，世纪佳缘随之私有化退市。此后，世纪佳缘与百合网正式合并，更名为“百合佳缘”。2022年5月，百合佳缘集团更名为“复爱合缘集团”。
天眼查显示，北京花千树信息科技有限公司曾多次因侵害消费者权益被处罚。此外，近期有媒体报道称，广州一女子花近7万相亲13次失败起诉世纪佳缘，法院判决世纪佳缘在签约时有诱导性语言，退回该女子1万元。(中新经纬APP)
