智通财经APP讯，神州数字(08255)公布，有关根据开曼群岛公司法第86条由DATA KING LIMITED 以协议安排方式将神州数字新金融科技集团私有化，批准该计划及确认削减公司已发行股本的大法院法令副本已载于开曼群岛大法院的判决及法令公众登记册( Public Register of Judgments and Orders for the Grand Court of the Cayman Islands )，并已于2022年12月1日送交开曼群岛公司注册处处长进行登记，而有关登记已于2022年12月1日生效。
预期股份将于2022年12月5日( 星期一)下午4时正( 香港时间)起撤销于联交所GEM的上市地位。
