智通财经APP获悉，汇丰控股(HSBC.US)首席执行官Noel Quinn表示，在灾难性的“迷你预算”危机导致借贷成本飙升和英镑贬值后，英国已经恢复了其经济信誉。
Noel Quinn表示，在经历了一段“非常困难的时期”后，英国新政府已经恢复了该国在国际市场上的地位，并赞扬了现任英国首相苏纳克所采取的行动。他表示：“我认为，对于财政和货币政策之间适当的平衡的信心已经恢复。”“这是非常具有挑战性的几周，但英国已经走出了困境。我认为英国更加稳定了。在我看来，英国仍然非常值得投资。”
尽管总部位于伦敦的汇丰控股的大部分收入来自于亚洲，但英国是其仅次于中国香港的第二大市场。该行是英国最大的金融服务雇主之一，也是英国为数不多的市值超过1000亿美元的上市公司之一。值得一提的是，汇丰控股的竞争对手、劳埃德银行集团(LYG.US)的首席执行官Charlie Nunn则认为，即使在“迷你预算”已导致前首相特拉斯下台之后，全球投资者仍然感到“紧张”。
