智通财经APP讯，SINCEREWATCH HK(00444)发布公告，于2022年12月7日，公司间接全资附属公司Sincere Brand Management Limited(SBML)接获Multicontinental Distribution (Asia) DMCC(MD (Asia))发出的终止通知，要求终止SBML与MD (Asia)所订立日期为2018年月15日的独家分销商协议，内容有关委任SBML为Franck Muller钟表以及手表配件及后备零件于中国、中国香港、中国澳门及中国台湾的独家分销商。
诚如通知所述，MD (Asia)认为SBML违反了独家分销商协议，原因为并无对MD (Asia)披露对SBML的控制权发生变动;及SBML未能达到所保证的最低年采购量。公司并不同意通知中提出的指控，并正就其在独家分销商协议项下的立场寻求法律意见。公司拟严格捍卫其在独家分销商协议项下的合法权益及MD (Asia)可能提起的任何诉讼。
