该项目工程可行性研究报告估算总投资为13.57亿元(不含建设期利息)，根据PPP项目融资结构计算调整建设期利息为1535.44万元，项目调整估算总投资为13.72亿元。如该项目顺利进行，将对公司生产经营产生积极的影响，有利于公司在PPP领域进一步积累项目经验，提升PPP业务市场竞争力。由于项目合作期限相对较长，该项目的履行对公司本年度的资产总额、净资产和净利润等不构成重大影响。
