36氪获悉，天眼查App显示，近日，大连木须信息技术有限公司、大连白驹信息技术有限公司、大连友廉信息技术有限公司发生多项工商变更，原法定代表人、主要人员及股东均退出，新增抖音集团旗下北京笔墨留香科技有限公司为股东并全资持股，新增多名主要人员，谢思鹏、金黄龙、徐良分别任3家公司法定代表人。上述3家公司经营范围含互联网信息服务；文艺创作；网络与信息安全软件开发等。
