智通财经APP讯，史丹利(002588.SZ)发布公告，公司的全资子公司史丹利化肥当阳有限公司(“当阳公司”)和史丹利化肥宁陵有限公司(“宁陵公司”)拟进行利润分配，具体利润分配方案如下：当阳公司以现金方式向股东分配利润5000万元，占可供分配利润的26.75%，剩余未分配利润结转下一年度；宁陵公司以现金方式向股东分配利润5000万元，占可供分配利润的35.79%，剩余未分配利润结转下一年度。
