凤凰网科技讯 12月9日消息，据中国贸易救济信息网报道，12月8日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）发布公告称，对特定功率半导体以及包含该功率半导体的移动设备和计算机作出337部分终裁：对本案行政法官于2022年11月10日作出的初裁（No.24、25）不予复审，即基于和解，终止对列名被告韩国Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd.、美国Samsung Electronics America, Inc.、美国Google LLC、中国北京Lenovo Group Ltd.、美国Lenovo (United States) Inc.、美国Motorola Mobility LLC、美国Microsoft Corporation、中国广东OnePlus Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd.的调查。
2022年3月28日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）投票决定对特定功率半导体以及包含该功率半导体的移动设备和计算机（Certain Power Semiconductors, and Mobile Devicesand Computers Containing Same）启动337调查（调查编码：337-TA-1308）。
2022年2月7日，爱尔兰Arigna Technology Limited of Dublin, Ireland向美国ITC提出337立案调查申请，主张对美出口、在美进口和在美销售的该产品侵犯了其专利权（美国注册专利号7183835），请求美国ITC发布有限排除令、禁止令。
