智通财经APP讯，首创环保(600008.SH)发布公告，公司拟以BOT方式投资宿州市芦岭地表水厂一期工程PPP项目，设计总规模20万吨/日，特许经营期30年(含建设期)。项目总投资9.87亿元。公司与政府方出资代表“宿州供水服务有限公司”合资成立项目公司，注册资本2.05亿元，其中公司出资1.74亿元，持股比例85%。
该项目主要为宿州市中心城区与中心城区外汴河以南乡镇分区提供自来水的生产和供应服务，项目水源为淮水北调水，进水水质符合《地表水环境质量标准》(GB3838-2002)III类水标准。
