据力拓(RIO)官网12月16日新闻稿，该矿企宣布完成对Turquoise Hill(TRQ)的收购，收购对价约31亿美元。此前，Turquoise Hill持有蒙古奥尤陶勒盖铜矿开发项目66%的股份。力拓表示，本次收购简化了其在奥尤陶勒盖矿的所有权，显著加强了在铜投资方面的组合，并表明了其对该项目和蒙古的长期承诺。力拓目前持有奥尤陶勒盖项目66%的直接权益，其余34%由蒙古政府通过旗下国有企业Erdenes Oyu Tolgoi LLC持有。交易在加拿大育空法庭批准后结束，Turquoise Hill的股东支持该交易。Turquoise Hill已成为力拓全资子公司，股票将停止交易。
