智通财经APP获悉，思考乐教育(01769)再涨超30%，盘中股价触及1.22港元，创今年6月中旬以来新高。截至发稿，涨27.47%，报1.16港元，成交额1812.9万港元。
消息面上，近日，思考乐开启抖音本地生活服务直播，旗下首位达人“文鲜生”于昨日上线抖音直播间。思考乐教育曾于今年中期报告中表示，公司正在积极寻求新的商机，或会于机会出现时作出适当投资，期望达至集团业务多元化并带来新的盈利增长点。
此外，思考乐教育昨日发公告称，公司主席兼执行董事及控股股东陈启远透过其控制的天晟国际有限公司，以自有资金在公开市场按平均价每股约0.9871港元，增持合共310万股公司股份，总代价约306万港元。紧随增持事项后，陈启远持有合共2.18亿股股份，相当于公司于本公告日期的已发行股本总额约39.26%。
