智通财经APP获悉，赛生药业(06600)再度调整，午后跌超7%。自本月初短线大涨以来，赛生药业持续高位震荡。期间，公司主要机构股东相继减持。其中，鼎晖投资累计抛售超11%公司总股份。截至发稿，赛生药业跌7.66%，报8.20港元，成交额0.76亿港元。
联交所最新数据显示，12月8日、12日和15日，赛生药业第二大股东鼎晖投资三度进场减持，累计持仓占比由15.17%降至3.85%。而在12月5日，公司另一机构股东中央汇金减持赛生药业100万股，好仓占比降至11.92%。据招股书数据，2017年，由GL Capital牵头，鼎晖投资、中央汇金旗下安瀚有限公司等组成的财团对公司发起美股私有化。21年3月上市时，鼎晖投资、中央汇金持股占比分别为15.72%、12.47%。
