智通财经APP讯，龙建股份(600853.SH)发布公告，公司及子公司所在的联合体被确定为哈尔滨都市圈环线北环永源至双井段(A2标)施工总承包及双井至里木店段政府和社会资本合作(PPP)项目中标人。其中，哈尔滨都市圈环线北环永源至双井段(A2标)施工总承包(A项目)中标价33.32亿元，计划总工期48个月，缺陷责任期24个月。哈尔滨都市圈环线北环双井至里木店段PPP项目(B项目)中标价：通行费收入最低需求比例(A%)为93.03%;通行费收入政府支付比例(B%)为99.00%。B项目批复估算总投资70.71亿元，对应PPP项目总投资51.02亿元。初步设计批复概算总投资68.28亿元，初步设计批复概算对应的PPP项目总投资52.11亿元。
如该项目顺利进行，将对公司生产经营产生积极的影响，有利于公司在PPP领域进一步积累项目经验，提升PPP业务市场竞争力。由于项目合作期限相对较长，该项目的履行对公司本年度的资产总额、净资产和净利润等不构成重大影响。
