智通财经APP讯，中国建筑(601668.SH)发布公告，近日，公司及下属中国建设基础设施有限公司、中国建筑一局(集团)有限公司、中国建筑第五工程局有限公司、中国建筑第八工程局有限公司组成联合体中标山东省济南市中心城区雨污合流管网改造和城市内涝治理腊山河与兴济河排水分区PPP项目。
该项目采取政府和社会资本合作(PPP)模式实施，运作方式为建造-运营移交(BOT)，项目总投资约102.52亿元。项目合作期约30年，其中建设期3年，运营期27年。项目资本金为项目总投资额的20%，联合体作为中标社会资本方，将按照招标文件要求与政府出资代表共同出资成立项目公司。除项目资本金以外的其余资金由项目公司作为融资主体通过银行贷款方式筹措。合作期内，项目公司通过政府付费收回投资及合理回报，合作期满后，项目公司将项目设施移交给政府或其指定机构。
