智通财经APP讯，吉林高速(601518.SH)公告，公司控股子公司吉林省吉高千方科技有限公司下属全资子公司吉林省科维交通工程有限公司(简称科维公司)拟与中铁、中交、明学工程、祥润交通等多家企业组成联合体，参与白山至临江高速公路、抚松至长白高速公路松江河至长白段及长春都市圈环线高速公路伊通至公主岭至农安段PPP项目。
科维公司拟与吉林省高速公路集团有限公司、长春明学工程有限公司、吉林省祥润交通工程有限公司等公司共同投资成立PPP项目公司，注册资本为25.6亿元。具体股权结构上，吉高集团持有项目公司股权比例为21.43%，中选社会资本持有项目公司股权比例为78.57%，其中科维公司持有项目公司股权比例为1.47%，出资金额为3761.37万元;明学工程持有项目公司股权比例为12.68%;祥润交通持有项目公司股权比例为2.20%。
据悉，本次投标联合体牵头人为中国中铁股份有限公司，科维公司作为联合体成员之一参与白临、松长、长春都市圈西环3个高速公路PPP项目的投资及施工。
