智通财经APP讯，史丹利(002588.SZ)发布公告，公司控股子公司松滋史丹利宜化新材料科技有限公司(“松滋新材料”)与湖北宜化松滋肥业有限公司(“松滋宜化”)签署《10万吨精制磷酸项目合作协议》。
根据协议，松滋宜化拟自筹资金在松滋新材料厂区内投资建设一套10万吨/年精制磷酸装置，该项目占地红线范围内国有土地使用权及相关不动产设施由松滋新材料负责投资建设，该项目验收完毕后，松滋新材料将该项目占地红线范围内的国有土地使用权及相关不动产等资产转让给松滋宜化，根据项目投资概算，上述国有土地使用权及相关不动产等资产的投资金额预计为不超过人民币1亿元(含税)。
公告称，本次合作项目是公司与松滋宜化在磷化工领域开展深度合作的延伸，能够实现公司磷化工产业链的战略布局。
