加利福尼亚州奥克兰市的美国地区法官伊冯娜·冈萨雷斯·罗杰斯裁定，提出集体诉讼的Churchill Capital第四期股东没有理由在2021年初知道该公司将与Lucid以SPAC方式合并上市。这意味着，Lucid集团首席执行官彼得·罗林森于2021年2月就生产预期和工厂进度发表的所谓误导性声明，对这些SPAC投资者的决定并不重要。
在生产方面，Lucid上个月开始在欧洲交付Lucid Air车型，以增加美国和加拿大市场的供应。
