智通财经APP讯，SINCEREWATCH HK(00444)发布公告，于2023年1月20日，公司间接全资附属公司，亦为Franck Muller钟表以及手表配件及后备零件于中国、中国香港、中国澳门及中国台湾的独家分销商Sincere Brand Management Limited(SBML)向Multicontinental Distribution (Asia) DMCC(答辩人)发出仲裁通知，内容有关答辩人违反SBML与答辩人的独家分销商协议。SBML要求(其中包括)宣称独家分销商协议仍然有效，并就SBML于独家地区内的业务所遭受不当干预寻求损害赔偿。
