公司是内地辣味休闲食品企业，按2021年零售额计，卫龙于内地所有辣味休闲食品企业中排名第一。上月上市共发售9,639.7万股，当时引入三名基石投资者，合共认购5,455万股；10%公开发售则获14.3倍超购，认购一手中签率70%。股份以偏向招股范围(10.4至11.4元)下限定价，集资净额约8.99亿元，上市联席保荐人分别为大摩、中金及瑞银。
