智通财经APP讯，麒麟集团控股(08109)公布，于 2023 年 1 月 20 日，公司接获联交所的函件，通知公司的联交所 GEM 上市委员会，经考虑该公司并有满足任何复牌指引后决定根据GEM 上市规则第 9.14A 条取消公司的上市地位。
根据 GEM 上市规则第 4 章，公司有权于该决定刊发日期起计七个营业日内(即 2023 年 2 月 3 日或之前)提请联交所 GEM 上市复核委员会复核该决定。倘公司决定无须提请上市复核委员会复核，公司股份的最后上市日期将为 2023 年 2 月 8 日，而其股份将自 2023 年 2 月 9 日上午九时正起除牌。
公司现正审阅该决定并就此进行内部讨论及与专业顾问进行讨论，亦将考虑是否要求上市复核委员会复核。公司股份继续停牌。
