新加坡市区重建局(URA)数据显示,新加坡2022年第四季私人住宅物业价格指数终值上修0.2个百分点按季升幅仅放缓至0.4%(前值急升3.8%),报188.6(前值187.8),已连升11季。
期内,核心中部地区(CCR)的非土地房产价格终值上修0.2个百分点按季升幅仅放缓至0.7%(前值升幅加快至2.3%);中部其他地区(RCR)价格终值上修0.5个百分点季升转为再度加快至3.1%(前值升2.8%);中部以外地区(OCR)价格终值确认按季转降2.6%(前值急升7.5%),结束连季上升。
累计2022年全年,新加坡私人住宅物业价格终值上修0.2个百分点按年升幅仅放缓至8.6%(上年升10.6%)。期内,CCR、RCR、OCR的非土地房产价格终值按年分别上修升4.8%、上修9.7%及确认升9.3%(上年分别升3.8%、16.3%及8.8%)。(sz/t)
