智通财经APP讯，中国光大水务(01857)公布有关订立的政府和社会资本合作(“PPP”)项目合同，合营公司济南章丘区光水环境有限公司已于中华人民共和国设立，旨在实施于中国山东省济南市章丘区的污水处理厂PPP项目。新合营公司以人民币1.24亿元的注册资本注册成立。
公告称，新合营公司的设立导致新合营公司成为公司非全资附属公司。新合营公司的主要业务活动包括水环境污染防治服务、水污染治理、工程管理服务、技术服务、技术开发、技术咨询、技术交流、技术转让、技术推广等。
